What we hold, and what we do with it.

When you write to us through the website, by email or on WhatsApp, we collect your name, email address, telephone number, the content of your message and anything you choose to attach.

If you subscribe to our research, we collect your email address and, optionally, your name.

If you become an advisory or brokerage client, we collect the know-your-customer documentation required by Pakistani law, along with correspondence relating to the engagement.

The website itself collects no behavioural or advertising data. There is no tracking pixel, no advertising network and no third-party analytics profile built on you.

Your information is used for four purposes only:

• To reply to your letter.
• To deliver research you have asked to receive.
• To perform the services you have engaged us to provide.
• To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not profile you automatically, we do not make automated decisions about you, and we do not use your details for targeted advertising.

Access within the firm is limited to personnel who need it to do their job.

Your information is never sold, rented or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

It may be disclosed outside the firm in three circumstances only: where a regulator or court lawfully requires it; where the law obliges us to report it; and to your own broker, where that is necessary to deliver a service you have engaged us to provide.

General correspondence is retained for five years from the last exchange, then deleted.

Client records, including KYC documentation, are retained for the period required by Pakistani law — typically seven to ten years after the engagement ends.

Research subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe, which you can do from the footer of any email or by writing to us.

You may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you; ask us to correct anything inaccurate; withdraw your consent to receive research at any time; or ask us to delete information we are not legally required to retain.

Write to info@primewayadvisory.com and we will respond in writing within ten working days. We will not charge you for a reasonable request, and we will not ask why you are making it.

This site sets no third-party marketing or advertising cookies, and runs no cross-site tracking.

Standard server-side request logs are retained by our hosting provider for a short period for security and abuse prevention, then discarded.

Live market data on the Markets page is embedded from TradingView. When that widget loads, TradingView receives the request and may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy — over which we have no control. Every embed on this site is loaded only when you scroll it into view.
